Certified personal trainer, former journalist and someone who believes strength shows up in more ways than one.

I created DK Personal Training to help real people build real strength—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Whether you’re a beginner, returning to fitness or ready to push your edge, I meet you where you are and coach you forward—with intention, structure, and heart.

My coaching is rooted in what I’ve lived:
