This 4-session package is designed for first-timers who want to test the waters before committing to a monthly plan.
Get strong, get (un)comfortable and see what’s possible.
This option is ideal for clients ready to train with intention and stay consistent. Training three times per week allows us to build strength, improve conditioning and keep progress moving—while still respecting recovery.
Expect focused, personalized sessions that meet you where you are and push you forward.
Assisted stretching is a 30-minute one-on-one session focused on helping your body move and feel better. Using hands-on techniques, each stretch is customized to release tight muscles, improve mobility, and support recovery—no effort required on your part.
Benefits include:
Increased range of motion
Reduced stiffness and injury risk
Faster recovery and improved movement
Build consistency and strength with two personalized training sessions each week.
Whether you're getting back into a routine or ready to commit to your next level, this plan keeps you progressing without burnout.
Meet the trainer
Hi, I’m Dora!
Certified personal trainer, former journalist and someone who believes strength shows up in more ways than one.
I created DK Personal Training to help real people build real strength—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Whether you’re a beginner, returning to fitness or ready to push your edge, I meet you where you are and coach you forward—with intention, structure, and heart.
My coaching is rooted in what I’ve lived:
Discipline from my military family background
Confidence from years in front of the camera as a reporter
Compassion from knowing what it’s like to start over, more than once
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up—and I’ll take it from there.
Let’s train for a better life.
